Save the dates can be sent out 6 to 24 months in advance once you have booked your venue. If you are having a wedding abroad then your guest will enough time to book holiday. 

Invitations

Digital printing: Order 3-4 weeks before sending
Foil press: Order 4 weeks before sending

Send out your wedding invitations 12 to 3 months before the big day. For destination weddings, consider sending them even earlier to give guests ample time to RSVP. This will ensure you have enough time to finalise your day-of stationery and other details.

On the day stationery

Digital printing: Order 4-6 weeks before the wedding
Foil press: Order 6 weeks before the wedding

After receiving your RSVPs, typically 6-8 weeks before your wedding, you'll have a clear idea of your guest count. You can then finalise and order your day-of stationery, with the final approval completed about 2 weeks before the big day.

1. Place your order

Browse our collection and order the stationery elements from the website. For each stationery item, you can select your prefered option and add to the basket. Once the order is placed, we will email you to confirm your order.

2. Proofs, changes and approval

Once you have recieved your proof, you will need to check all wording and spelling etc. At that point you can request changes to wording or cardstock colours and a revised proof will be sent again.

For day stationery, a final approval is sent 2-3 weeks before the event.  

3. Production

Once you have approved your layouts, we will begin production. Depending on the size of the order, digital printing can take 1 to 3 weeks and foil press takes 2 to 4 weeks for production. 

Day stationery is sent to production 2 weeks before the events unless agreed otherwise. 

4. Delivery

Once printed and packed, we will ship your stationery. We will email you the tracking number.  

Digital printing

We use high-quality printers for digital printing in black, color, and white ink. White ink is an excellent choice for dark cardstock. With digital printing, we can include guest names on your wedding stationery. This method is not only cost-effective but also ensures a swift turnaround.

Foil press

Foil is hot pressed onto the cardstock using a metal die plate, creating a beautiful foil impression. Available foil colors include silver, gold, rose gold, matte silver, matte gold, and prism silver holographic. Custom colors are also an option. While this printing method has a longer turnaround time, the end product is stunning and well worth the wait! Upon request, hot foil can also be combined with digital printing. However, custom guest names are not available with this method.  

Our most popular cardstock is textured white, offering a luxurious and subtle effect. Add some colour with our premium uncoated matte cardstock or add a touch of shimmer with our beautiful pearlescent cardstock. All our card options can be used for digital and foil press printing, available in 300-350gsm.Heavier weights available for foil press only.

All our invites and RSVP cards include a standard envelope.Choose from matt white, matt off white, kraft brown, pearl white or pearl ivory.You can choose to upgrade to coloured envelopes for a small additional fee.
