How do I place an order?
You can order from any of our product listing by selecting the options and quantity and then add to cart. You can add more products by clicking the shop tab at the top to go back.
I really like your products but would really like to see a sample.
You can order a personalised save the date sample from the any product listing.
How many save the dates should I order?
Normally one per household is fine, although a few extra might be better just in case you decide to invite more guests.
Can I see a proof?
Proofs are not sent for personalised save the date samples but for your main order, you can request this by selecting JPEG Preview before checking out. For other wedding stationery, you will receive proofs before production.
What do I need to check on my proof?
Check spelling of names, venue and date. Once your proof is confirmed and processed, your order cannot be remade due to time and material cost.
Do you create custom designs?
Yes, we can design custom orders upon request. More details here.
Can you do other colours?
We can do other colours however there may be an additional cost obtaining the materials for your order. For such orders, there could be a lead time of 1-3 weeks.
I like your save the dates but would like to use this as a birthday invite, is this possible?
Yes, we have done this for many of our lovely customers. For some of our save the dates, this is possible so please contact us at nividesign1@gmail.com
Do you ship abroad?
We ship to most of the European countries, US and Australia where is tracked or tracked and signed is available. Currently for EU order, you can order from our Etsy shop.
Can you RUSH my order?
Our dispatch time is within 1-2 weeks. If you would like to RUSH your order, please select the postage rush order option.
I need more envelopes for my save the dates, can I order more?
Yes, our envelopes can be ordered in sets of 10.
My order has not arrived?
For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days or visit www.royalmail.com to track delivery. Royal Mail may have attempted delivery but is sent back to the local depot for collection or redelivery.
For overseas orders, you can track the package at www.royalmail.com and then when it arrives in your country, you may be able to track using your local postal company. US order can be then tracked via www.USPC.com once in the US.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not been process, we may be able to change it. If we have sent a design proof, then we will refund part payment.
